Payment Schedule

All Grayhawk Community Association and Retreat Village Association assessments are billed quarterly and are due in January, April, July and October. Invoices are sent to the homeowner address on file the month prior to the due date. Payments are due on the first of the month and considered late after 30 days.

Electronic Statements

Sign up for eStatements and eliminate paper and help save the Association money. 

Recurring Payment

You can have your assessments automatically deducted from your checking account. This service is free and can be set up by creating an account. You can learn more about creating an account and setting up recurring payments in this step-by-step guide., 

One-Time Payments

You can use a debit or credit card to pay your assessment online.  

     One-time electronic check payments:  Service fee is $2.95 per transaction
     One-time payment with credit or debit card:  Credit card service fee is 3.5%. Debit card fee is $5 charged by the bank.

When paying online, you will need the information below:
Management Company ID:  6675
Association ID:  360
Account Number:  Your account number can be found on your most recent statement
