Effective Monday, March 30 and until further notice, the Grayhawk Office will be closed to visitors

GCA staff members will continue to work on a modified schedule to include a rotation to work remotely. We understand that this may be an inconvenience and we apologize. During this time, staff will continue to complete property tours and will be implementing new ways for families to engage and keep busy while home.

Who to Contact
Please see below for the appropriate person to contact regarding various common topics.

Questions regarding the Board of Directors, finance, community maintenance or staff functions

Stacey Harvey 
Questions regarding home modifications (including exterior paint), common area landscaping, community patrol and the Crown Point Association

Cierra Austin 
Questions regarding gate access for the Retreat Village for homeowners and realtors

Jennifer Sheets 
Questions regarding Grayhawk Flight advertising, e-blast, community website and facility rentals

Any payments or paperwork can be dropped in the mail slot at our office or mailed to the office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy., Ste. 102, Scottsdale, AZ 85255.

Transponders will be installed per the regular schedule, however, there will be modifications as no residents will be coming into the office. If you would like to have a transponder installed please follow the steps below:

1.Complete the online transponder installation form
2.Come to the office during the scheduled time in the vehicle you are having the transponder installed on
3.Park in front of the office and stay in your car
4.A staff member will come out to install your transponder

Transponders will only be installed if forms have been submitted in advance.  No walk-ups will be accepted. This is a curbside service and we ask that you please respect staff members by staying in your vehicle. Necessary payments can be paid by check or by billing your HOA account. Condo and Townhome Residents
As a reminder, if you live in a condominium or townhome, you will need to direct any questions relating to the business inside the walls of your community to the 
appropriate management company.

Common Areas
While GCA maintenance staff are doing what they can do keep common areas clean. Residents visiting GCA common area amenities are encouraged to take preemptive measures such as hand washing and hand sanitizing before and after visiting these amenities. If you or your child is showing symptoms of an illness; please refrain from using the GCA common areas at this time.
