Any payments or paperwork can be dropped in the mail slot at our office or mailed to the office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy., Ste. 102, Scottsdale, AZ 85255.
TranspondersTransponders will be installed per the regular schedule, however, there will be modifications as no residents will be coming into the office. If you would like to have a transponder installed please follow the steps below:
1.Complete the online transponder installation form2.Come to the office during the scheduled time in the vehicle you are having the transponder installed on3.Park in front of the office and stay in your car4.A staff member will come out to install your transponder
Transponders will only be installed if forms have been submitted in advance. No walk-ups will be accepted. This is a curbside service and we ask that you please respect staff members by staying in your vehicle. Necessary payments can be paid by check or by billing your HOA account. Condo and Townhome ResidentsAs a reminder, if you live in a condominium or townhome, you will need to direct any questions relating to the business inside the walls of your community to the appropriate management company.Common AreasWhile GCA maintenance staff are doing what they can do keep common areas clean. Residents visiting GCA common area amenities are encouraged to take preemptive measures such as hand washing and hand sanitizing before and after visiting these amenities. If you or your child is showing symptoms of an illness; please refrain from using the GCA common areas at this time.Please watch for any future updates as we will be monitoring the situation and adjusting accordingly.
