Coronavirus Update

Covid-19 Update

  • The tot lots, ramadas and basketball courts in the Park (ungated) portion of the community are open.
  • The tennis courts in the Retreat (gated) portion of Grayhawk are open.
  • The pools in the Retreat (gated) portion of Grayhawk, including Crown Point, are open.

We encourage residents to take preemptive measures such as hand washing and hand sanitizing before, during and after visiting these amenities. If you or your child is showing symptoms of an illness; please refrain from using the GCA common areas at this time.

As a reminder, if you live in a condominium sub-association (Venu, Edge, Encore, Vintage, Village, Avian, Cachet or Tesoro), you will need to contact your management company directly regarding their plan for neighborhood amenities.

Groups and Rentals

The Grayhawk Office will remain closed to groups (canasta, mah jongg, bridge, etc.) and room rentals until further notice.

Community Events

Our team is continuing to create virtual lifestyle programming as well as responsible in-person programming.
