Grayhawk Community Association

Coronavirus Update

At this time, the GCA Board of Directors and CCMC management staff believe that it is our role and responsibility to prioritize the health and well-being of our residents.

As a result, there will be some changes in our meeting and event calendar, as well as in our office coverage. Please read carefully below and watch for updates.

To adhere to our governing documents and Arizona state statute, our GCA and RVA Annual Meetings will take place on Tuesday, March 24 at the Fairway House at the Grayhawk Golf Club. However, there will be no food, presentation or prize giveaways. The meeting will strictly be to verify quorum and approve the minutes from 2019 Annual Meeting. It is anticipated the meeting will take no more than 10 minutes. Per the CDC recommendation regarding large scale events and out of concern for our residents, we encourage you to refrain from attending.

All GCA sponsored events and activities for the remainder of March and all of April will be cancelled or temporarily suspended. This includes any rentals or activities held in the GCA Offices.

The GCA management staff plans to keep the office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy., Ste. 102 open for regular business hours, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. – 5p.m. However, staff will be working on a modified schedule to include a rotation to work remotely. We ask that you attempt to have any questions answered via phone or email before visiting the office. If you do plan to come to the GCA Office, we encourage you to verify that the staff member you are attempting to speak with will be on site first. We understand that this may be an inconvenience and apologize.

Please watch for any future updates as we will be monitoring the situation and adjusting accordingly.

Free time? Pull weeds!

Recent rain has brought a ton of weeds to Grayhawk. If you're home alone or with your kids and looking for something to do, pulling weeds is a great project to get you outside and active. It's also a great way to keep your neighborhood beautiful!

Landscape Updates

A major storm event hit Grayhawk on March 18, with some areas receiving more damage than others. DLC Resources had three emergency responders on site that night from 8 p.m. until midnight clearing roads, sidewalks and parking lots. From March 19-21, DLC mobilized two arbor crews, two Grayhawk crews and one Special Projects crew to continue clearing tree damage along Thompson Peak Pkwy., 76th St., Haulapai Dr. and in the Halcon and Peregrine neighborhoods.
