ABDI Gate Access Update for Retreat Residents

A major ABDI app update was recently released for both Andriod and for iOS. It has come to our attention that some residents had their username and password information reset during this update. If you are trying to log in to your gate access account via the ABDI GateAccess app and have problems, please use this form to request your most current username and password information.

Also, please take a moment to view this user guide, which may be helpful if you are using the app to add or delete guests from your guest list, view guest and vendor entries for your account or change notification settings. We always recommend that you manage your guest list via gateaccess.net or the ABDI GateAccess app, as these are the most efficient ways for you to approve guests and vendors for entry to your home.
