Jungle Jill's Animal Encounters

Join other curious Grayhawk residents via Zoom on August 20 from 5-5:30 p.m. as Jungle Jill introducecs a variety of her favorite animals. Learn about where each animal lives, what it eats and what special adaptations it may have. You will even have an opportunity to ask Jungle Jill your questions! Yoga in the Park

Join us to relieve stress and enjoy the outdoors as floo-id YOGA hosts Yoga in the Park on August 22 at 9 a.m. Floo-id YOGA is a locally owned yoga studio offering a variety of classes to accommodate all ages and skill levels, and they're doing these classes at no cost just for Grayhawk residents. 2020 Census

Have you completed the 2020 Census yet? It's not too late! Field data collection will end by Sept. 30, 2020, including self-response options. It is more than a population count - it's an opportunity to shape your community's future. Complete yours today!

Your response helps to direct billions of dollars in federal funds to local communities for schools, roads, and other public services. By completing the online census, you will be removed from the U.S. Census Bureau's mailing, emailing, and soliciting lists.

Grayhawk Covid-19 Update

The Grayhawk Office will remain closed to regular traffic until further notice. Staff will also continue to work a modified schedule to include working from home. The office will be open by appointment only. This means that if you plan to visit the office you must first call 480-563-9708 or email a staff member to schedule an appointment. Residents are required to wear a face mask for appointments.

In addition, the office will observing in-service hours beginning at 12 p.m. on Wednesdays during August. Please make sure if you need to contact us on those days, you do so prior to noon.

In addition, the GCA Office will be closed to all activities including Bridge, Mah Jongg, Canasta, board meeting and rentals until further notice. The Board of Directors will continue to work with management to monitor the situation and update as necessary.

Transponder Installation (RVA Only)

Installations this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102). For questions, please contact Cierra at 480-563-9708 or caustin@ccmcnet.com.

Transponders will be installed per the regular schedule, however, there will be modifications as no residents will be coming into the office. If you would like to have a transponder installed please follow the steps below:
1. Complete the online transponder installation form
2. Come to the office during the schedule time in the vehicle you are having the transponder installed on
3. Park in front of the office and stay in your car
4. A staff member will come out to install your transponder

We are no longer accepting cash for transponders. Please bring a check or credit card with you when you have a transponder installed.
