GCA Office Hours

The GCA Office will be closing at 3 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 4 and will be closed on Monday, September 7 in observance of the Labor Day holiday. The office will reopen on Tuesday, September 8 at 8 a.m. We apologize for any inconvenience.

New Resident Orientation

Join us via Zoom on Sept. 16 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. to learn more about your community and all it has to offer. Just for joining you will be entered into a raffle for a $50 Amazon gift card. We’ll also have trivia at the end of the presentation where you’ll have the chance to win even more prizes! Register by Monday, Sept. 14.

floo-id YOGA in the Park

Join us to relieve stress and enjoy the outdoors as floo-id YOGA hosts Yoga in the Park on Sept.19 at 9 a.m. Floo-id YOGA is a locally owned yoga studio and they're doing these classes at no cost just for Grayhawk residents. Just bring your mat and a can-do attitude. Join us at the greenbelt near the office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Parkway. Make sure to register today!

Aioli Gourmet Burger Food Truck

Take a night off this month and pick up dinner from the Aioli Gourmet Burger Food Truck on Sept. 24 from 5-7 p.m. at the greenbelt near 78th Way and 78th Pl. We'll have FREE churro vouchers for the first 30 residents to place an order! Check out the menu or place your order ahead of time on the Streetfoodfinder app.

Free Shredding Event

Head to 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. on Sept. 26 from 9-11 a.m. to get rid of unneeded paperwork in a safe and secure way with Shred-it Document Destruction Services. This will be a drive up, unload and take off service. Please register if you plan to attend. This is FREE for Grayhawk residents.

Grayhawk Covid-19 Update

The Grayhawk Office will remain closed to regular traffic until further notice. Staff will also continue to work a modified schedule to include working from home. The office will be open by appointment only. This means that if you plan to visit the office you must first call 480-563-9708 or email a staff member to schedule an appointment. Residents are required to wear a face mask for appointments.

In addition, the GCA Office will be closed to all activities including Bridge, Mah Jongg, Canasta, board meeting and rentals until further notice. The Board of Directors will continue to work with management to monitor the situation and update as necessary.

Transponder Installation (RVA Only)

Installations this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102). For questions, please contact Cierra at 480-563-9708 or caustin@ccmcnet.com.

Transponders will be installed per the regular schedule, however, there will be modifications as no residents will be coming into the office. If you would like to have a transponder installed please follow the steps below:
1. Complete the online transponder installation form
2. Come to the office during the schedule time in the vehicle you are having the transponder installed on
3. Park in front of the office and stay in your car
4. A staff member will come out to install your transponder

We are no longer accepting cash for transponders. Please bring a check or credit card with you when you have a transponder installed.
