turf transition

Turf Transition

Residents may be wondering why some of the turf areas in the community are still green and others are brown and bare. The areas that look dead are those that are in preparation for overseeding. Some areas of the community are not being overseeded to allow stronger Bermuda growth in the spring, and they will remain green for awhile. The map showing areas not being overseeded each year can be found here.
