Santa Parade

Santa will be riding through a neighborhood near you and his helpful elves will be handing out special goodies and collecting letters to Santa along the way. Santa will also be accompanied by our favorite DJ playing fun holiday tunes, so be prepared to dance! In an effort to keep Santa healthy before Christmas, we will not be able to stop for pictures. We will send a map with the exact route to everyone who registers so you can set up chairs along the path. Please practice social distancing.

We want you to get involved!
We would love to give Santa a big Grayhawk greeting by dressing up in holiday attire and making colorful signs to say hello. Or, register to decorate your golf cart, sport utility vehicle or car and follow Santa and his crew in a very special holiday parade.

Please register by end of day Fri., Dec. 4 so Santa knows how many treats to bring!

Holiday Drink Mixology Class

Join us on Dec. 9 from 6-7 p.m. to learn how to mix delicious holiday cocktails at home via Zoom! You will be emailed the ingredient list prior to the class so you can follow along in real time. Bonus recipe cards will be e-mailed after the session and we will drop off a cocktail infusion kit to each participant after the class to enjoy. Three different beverages will be mixed during this class using Vodka and Bourbon. Cost is $3 and space is limited. Register today!

Drive-In Holiday Movie

Join us on Dec. 12 from 6-8 p.m. to watch Elf from the comfort of your car. We will be walking around to safely hand popcorn, but you are welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks as well. We ask that everyone remain in their vehicles unless using the city park restrooms and that you wear a mask if you do leave your vehicle. The movie audio will be accessible through the radio.Cost to participate is just $5 per vehicle. Space is limited! Register by Dec. 10 to reserve your spot.

Hanukkah Cookie Decorating Class

This cookie decorating kit from Smith-o-lator Cookies includes six Hanukkah themed cookies in three different shapes (enough for one adult or two kid decorators). All kit orders will be picked up from the Grayhawk office on Monday, Dec. 14 between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. The virtual instructional class will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 15 at 4:30 p.m. The first 25 people that use the "grayhawk" discount code to register will receive a $15 discount and get their kit for only $5! You may also purchase your own kit for $20+ tax through Smith-o-lator cookies.

Singles Sippers S'mores Happy Hour

Join fellow singles at the Monterey Retreat pool at 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 17 for s'mores and great conversation. Those who do not live in the retreat will be given access for this event. We will provide supplies for s’mores. Feel free to bring a cooler with drinks and snacks (no glass please). Masks are encouraged in an effort to make everyone feel comfortable, and fun holiday hats are highly recommended! Space is limited. Register by Dec. 15.

3 International Tenors Concert

Join us Dec. 19 for a night of amazing music sure to get you ready for the holiday season. This LIVE virtual concert from the 3 International Tenors starts with a performer Q&A at 6:15 p.m. (concert from 7-8:30 p.m.) and can be enjoyed from your TV, phone or tablet. Music will feature some Christmas classics and show-stopping performances that pay homage to the likes of Luciano Pavarotti, Andrea Bocelli, Enrico Caruso and others. Holly Jolly Bingo

Join us Dec. 22 from 6-7 p.m. to play an interactive game of Bingo from the comfort of your own home via Zoom! Transponder Installation (RVA Only)

Installations this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10, Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102). For questions, please contact Cierra at 480-563-9708 or caustin@ccmcnet.com.

Transponders will be installed per the regular schedule, however, there will be modifications as no residents will be coming into the office. If you would like to have a transponder installed please follow the steps below:
1. Complete the online transponder installation form
2. Come to the office during the schedule time in the vehicle you are having the transponder installed on
3. Park in front of the office and stay in your car
4. A staff member will come out to install your transponder

We are no longer accepting cash for transponders. Please bring a check or credit card with you when you have a transponder installed.
