Christmas Tree Disposal

Beginning Jan. 8 and ending Jan. 19, the City of Scottsdale is offering two ways for you to dispose of your live Christmas trees/wreaths.
1. You can drop off your tree at various locations, including Thompson Peak Park (Thompson Peak Pkwy. and Hayden Rd.) The city will provide labeled roll-off containers.
2. Single-family home residents can place Christmas trees in your curbside green waste pile, separate from your bulk trash, for collection in your scheduled Brush/Bulk service week. Please remember if you utilize this option your tree must remain in your home or behind your gate until it is time for bulk pickup service, which is the week of January 25. Get more information on the City of Scottsdale website.

Holiday Decorations

We hope everyone had a fantastic holiday!  Please remember that all holiday decorations/lights should be down by January 30 to avoid possible violation notices. We appreciate your cooperation.

Pet Reminders

We ask that the owners please take steps to be responsible for your pets. City of Scottsdale and Grayhawk regulations state that dogs must be on a leash when they are in common areas. Regulations also require pet owners to clean up after their pets. Please use the bags provided throughout the community for your convenience, and dispose of them in proper trash receptacles. Neighbors will appreciate your efforts!
