The Grayhawk Community Association and Retreat Village Associations will hold virtual board meetings at 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 1 via Zoom. You are encouraged to join the meetings by clicking the link below.

Prior to the regular session board meeting, the Board of Directors will hold and Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. Section 33-1804(A)(3).

Garage Doors

For your safety and the safety of neighbors, please make sure that your garage door is closed when not in use as required by the community documents. Per section 3.38 of the CC&Rs:

Garage doors shall be kept closed at all times except to the limited extent reasonably necessary to permit the entry or exit of vehicles or persons.

Holiday Decorations

Please remember that all December holiday decorations/lights should be down as of January 30. We will be sending violations for any decorations that have not been removed. Thank you for your cooperation!

Trash and Recycle Reminder

Please remember that trash and recycle bins must be stored where they are not visible from the street. This means that outside of scheduled pickup times, they should be in your garage or behind your fence.

Place your bins on the street with the back wheels against the curb by 5:00 a.m. on collection days and remove it the same day. Do not place bins on the sidewalk.

floo-id YOGA in the Park

Join us to relieve stress and enjoy the outdoors as floo-id YOGA hosts Yoga in the Park every Saturday in February at 9 a.m. at the greenbelt near the GCA Office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. No experience is necessary. Just bring your mat and a can-do attitude! Make sure to register today! A free class is being held for Grayahwk residents on Feb. 13. Register for that class here.

Backyard Bicycles Pop Up Shop

Drop your bike off at 9 a.m. on a scheduled pop up day and get comprehensive tune-up for only $55 per bike with a same day turnaround. Register by contacting Ian at info@backyardbicycles.com or (920) 574-5585.

We're calling on all moms, siblings and other family members to help us bring this treasured Grayhawk event into your home this year! Get the girls and their dads dressed up, clear the dance floor and join us on Feb. 20 from 6-7 for our first ever virtual Daddy Daughter Dance. We will be providing a ‘Dance in a bag’ full of goodies to help decorate your own living rooms and have a live DJ playing your favorite dance tunes via Zoom. We will still be raffling off tons of great baskets for both the girls and the dads! Cost to participate is $5 per child. Register by Feb. 16 to reserve your spot! Your ‘Dance in a bag’ will be delivered Thursday and Friday prior to the event.

Transponder Installation (RVA Only)

Installations this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102). For questions, please contact Cierra at 480-563-9708 or caustin@ccmcnet.com.

Transponders will be installed per the regular schedule, however, there will be modifications as no residents will be coming into the office. If you would like to have a transponder installed please follow the steps below:
1. Complete the online transponder installation form
2. Come to the office during the schedule time in the vehicle you are having the transponder installed on
3. Park in front of the office and stay in your car
4. A staff member will come out to install your transponder

We are no longer accepting cash for transponders. Please bring a check or credit card with you when you have a transponder installed.
