As always, we will be giving away lots of great raffle prizes, but you must register for the meeting to be eligible to win.

The Grayhawk Community Association will elect four board members to a two-year term at the 2021 Annual Meeting. Below are the five board candidates who have volunteered to serve the Grayhawk community. Click the candidate pictures below to view their candidate video. 

Association members in good standing are able to vote. There will be one ballot allotted per unit and each ballot may be filled out for up to four candidates. 

By now, you should have received your GCA ballot in the mail. Please take the time to read about each candidate and watch their videos above. Then, make sure to return your signed ballot by March 22 to The Ballot Box at the address provided. Ballot envelopes must be signed to be valid, so please do not forget to sign your return envelope. 

We encourage you to mail your ballots in as the Annual Meeting will be held virtually this year. If you are unable to do so, ballots will be accepted at the Grayhawk Community Association office on March 23 from 5:30-6:10 p.m.

If you have Association-related questions you would like us to answer, now is your chance to ask! Submit your questions by Friday, March 19 at 5 p.m. and we may answer it at the 2021 Annual Meeting. Any questions not addressed during the meeting will be answered personally or in an upcoming issue of the Grayhawk Flight.
