Last Call: Honor Your HS Senior

It's not too late to show your high school senior some love! We will be featuring a "Grayhawk High" section in the May issue of the Grayhawk Flight. If you have a senior, send a recent photo and brief bio (no more than 120 words) to Jenn at jsheets@ccmcnet.com by no later than April 15. We'd love to share their story with their neighbors.

Got Snakes

Trident Security Staff members have been trained by the Scottsdale Fire Department in snake removal. If you encounter a snake on your property, you can call 480-502-7685 or 480-502-5078 and request that patrol come to aid in removal.

Home Modifications

Homeowners must obtain Architectural Review Committee approval before making modifications to the exterior of their home. This requirement includes any changes to landscaping, windows, light fixtures, address numbers and anything else visible from the street. floo-id YOGA in the Park

Join us to relieve stress and enjoy the outdoors as floo-id YOGA hosts Yoga in the Park every Saturday in April at 9 a.m. at the greenbelt near the GCA Office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. No experience is necessary. Just bring your mat and a can-do attitude! Make sure to register for this weekend's FREE class, or sign up for a future Saturday.

Orangetheory Fitness in the Park

Orangetheory is designed to charge your metabolism for MORE caloric afterburn, MORE results, and MORE confidence, all to deliver you MORE LIFE. Join us April 16 at 5:30 p.m. in the greenbelt at 78th Way and 78th Pl. as we bring OTF outdoors to get you those results! All non-member classes will be FREE to Grayhawk residents. New Resident Orientation

Join us via Zoom on April 21 at 6 p.m. to meet your neighbors, learn a bit about the association and win prizes! ! Just for joining you will be entered into a raffle for a $50 Amazon gift card. You can also win additional prizes during our post-orientation community trivia. Register by April 19.

Family movie night image with greatest showman

Grab some chairs and join us on April 23 at 7 p.m. to watch “The Greatest Showman” on a 50 ft. movie screen! We will have Flyin' K BBQ and Fantasy Funnel Cake serving up The Greatest Eats (available for purchase), and we will be handing out free popcorn to top off the festivities. Coolers are welcome (no glass please). We will have designated circles in the lawn to help everyone properly socially distance, with a maximum of 7 per party. Masks are required while you are outside of your designated seating area, and will be provided for those who do not have one. This event is free, but registration is required and walk ups cannot be accommodated. Space is limited! Register by Tuesday, April 20. Transponder Installation (RVA Only)

Installations this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102). For questions, please contact Cierra at 480-563-9708 or caustin@ccmcnet.com.

Transponders will be installed per the regular schedule, however, there will be modifications as no residents will be coming into the office. If you would like to have a transponder installed please follow the steps below:
1. Complete the online transponder installation form
2. Come to the office during the schedule time in the vehicle you are having the transponder installed on
3. Park in front of the office and stay in your car
4. A staff member will come out to install your transponder

We are no longer accepting cash for transponders. Please bring a check or credit card with you when you have a transponder installed.
