Pop-Up Hostess Cupcake Giveaway

May 11 is National Hostess Cupcake Day and we’ll take any reason to celebrate with our Grayhawk family! Stop by the greenbelt at the corner of 78th Way and 78th Pl. from 3-4 p.m. to say “hi” to the Grayhawk staff and pick up a sweet treat for you and your family. If the tent is gone, we’ve run out. Got Snakes

Some Trident Security Staff members at Grayhawk have been trained in snake removal. If you encounter a snake on your property, you can call 480-502-7685 or 480-502-5078 and request an aid in removal. Remember that this is a courtesy service and can only be performed when time permits. Snakes will only be removed when the resident that called in has been able to monitor the snake and it remains visible (not in bushes, etc.).

Home Modifications

Homeowners must obtain Architectural Review Committee approval before making modifications to the exterior of their home. This requirement includes any changes to landscaping, windows, light fixtures, address numbers and anything else visible from the street. Transponder Installation (RVA Only)

Installations this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102). For questions, please contact Cierra at 480-563-9708 or caustin@ccmcnet.com.

Transponders will be installed per the regular schedule, however, there will be modifications as no residents will be coming into the office. If you would like to have a transponder installed please follow the steps below:
1. Complete the online transponder installation form
2. Come to the office during the schedule time in the vehicle you are having the transponder installed on
3. Park in front of the office and stay in your car
4. A staff member will come out to install your transponder

We are no longer accepting cash for transponders. Please bring a check or credit card with you when you have a transponder installed.
