Peregrine Pool Closed

The Peregrine Pool is temporarily closed due to a water supply issue. We anticipate the pool being opened within a few days and will notify residents once the pool is open. In the meantime, you can obtain an alternate pool key by stopping by the GCA Office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy., Ste. 102. Please call 480-563-9708 before you visit the office so that we can have a key ready for you.

Watch for Street Sealing Notices

If you live in the Monterey Retreat, Avante, Renaissance or Talon Point neighborhood, please watch for information regarding the upcoming street sealing project. A letter was mailed to the address on file for each resident detailing the dates of street closures impacting each neighborhood as well as alternate locations for parking. If you have any questions, please call 480-563-9708.

Transponder Installation

Installations this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102). For questions, please contact Cierra at 480-563-9708 or caustin@ccmcnet.com.

Transponders will be installed per the regular schedule, however, there will be modifications as no residents will be coming into the office. If you would like to have a transponder installed please follow the steps below:
1. Complete the online transponder installation form
2. Come to the office during the schedule time in the vehicle you are having the transponder installed on
3. Park in front of the office and stay in your car
4. A staff member will come out to install your transponder

We are no longer accepting cash for transponders. Please bring a check or credit card with you when you have a transponder installed.
