East Cost Joe's Food Truck Night

Hey Lobster lovers- if you missed out last week we've got good news! East Coast Joe's will be back on the corner of 78th Way and 78th Place on May 26 from 4-7 p.m. serving up fresh Lobster Rolls, Lobster Grilled Cheese, Fish & Chips and more! There will be a limited supply for walk-up customers, so make sure you PRE-ORDER YOUR FOOD! Park in the Offices at Grayhawk parking lot at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. and walk over!

Win Dinner for Dad

Have your kid submit a poem or essay about why their father figure is the BEST and they could win a gift basket including a $100 gift card to The Craftsman. Two winners will be selected from each age group (12 and under and 13-17). Submissions must be written by the contestant and must be 300 words or less. Winning submissions will be featured in the August Grayhawk Flight magazine and will take home a wonderful gift basket for Dad! Submit entries by June 15 to svanduyne@ccmcnet.com. Winners will be announced June 17.

Babysitting Safety Class

Youth ages 10-17 are invited to join us on June 19 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Aviano Clubhouse to learn infant/child safety and basic care techniques. Topics include pediatric CPR, first aid and basic child safety. Two-year certification cards are issued upon successful completion of the course. Cost is $50 (in exact cash please) and includes a pizza lunch, Red Cross Babysitters Certificate, take home workbook, backpack, t-shirt and other goodies. Register by Thursday, June 17.

Got Snakes?

Some Trident Security Staff members at Grayhawk have been trained in snake removal. If you encounter a snake on your property, you can call 480-502-7685 or 480-502-5078 and request an aid in removal. Remember that this is a courtesy service and can only be performed when time permits. Snakes will only be removed when the resident that called in has been able to monitor the snake and it remains visible (not in bushes, etc.).

Transponder Installation (RVA Only)

Installations this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102). For questions, please contact Cierra at 480-563-9708 or caustin@ccmcnet.com.

Transponders will be installed per the regular schedule, however, there will be modifications as no residents will be coming into the office. If you would like to have a transponder installed please follow the steps below:
1. Complete the online transponder installation form
2. Come to the office during the schedule time in the vehicle you are having the transponder installed on
3. Park in front of the office and stay in your car
4. A staff member will come out to install your transponder

We are no longer accepting cash for transponders. Please bring a check or credit card with you when you have a transponder installed.

Retreat Village Association Email

Retreat Village Association (RVA) residents can now opt in to email or text distribution lists specific to the RVA.
