Avante/Resaissance Street Sealing

If you live in Avante (lots 1-30 and 36-42) or Renaissance (lots 45-65), please be sure to read the letter that was sent via USPS regarding street sealing that is scheduled for July 13. The letter details the dates of street closures impacting each neighborhood as well as alternate locations for parking.

We understand the street closures may require residents to park quite a distance from home, so golf cart service will be available from 6 a.m.-7 p.m. Please call the Talon gate at 480-502-7685 when you are ready for a ride to or from your vehicle.
