Hair Donation Event Fundraiser

Lifestyle Director Sarah Van Duyne and a few brave residents are having their hair chopped off LIVE on Facebook at 3 p.m. on July 13. Their hair will be donated to Crowns of Courage, an organization providing halo wigs to children undergoing chemotherapy.

This event is a fundraiser to support Barrow Neurological Institute. We have reached our goal or $350 but let's not stop there! A donation of any size helps! Make a donation online or bring cash or check to the GCA Office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Email Sarah if you have any questions.

The Craftsman Mixology Class

Join us at The Craftsman Cocktails + Kitchen from 6-7:30 p.m. on July 15 to enjoy food and drinks with neighbors. They'll be demonstrating the to-go beverage kits offered on their menu inlcluding the Bourbon Smash, Pom Gimlet and Dry Heat. Cost is $30 and includes three beverages, appetizers and a $10 Craftsman cash card. Payments will be taken at the event with card or cash. Register today to save your spot!

Lollipop Day Pop-up

Join neighbors at the Coventry at Grayhawk tot lot (74th Way between Journey Ln. and Quill Ln.) from 9 to 10 a.m. on July 20 to celebrate National Lollipop Day. Stop by and say “hi” to the Grayhawk staff and receive a FREE lollipop! We will be handing out sweets from 9-10 a.m., or while supplies last.

Food Truck Night

Pick up dinner for the whole family on the corner of 78th Way and 78th Pl. from 5-7 p.m. on June 22 from Two Fat Guys Grilled Cheese. Enjoy tons of cheesy variety like the Southwest Gobbler, Hot in the City or Thai Chicken. Check out the menu before you come! Park in the offices at Grayhawk parking lot located at 7940 E. Graduation Signage

Any signage placed in front of your home honoring a 2021 graduating senior should have been removed by June 30. If you have not already done so, please make sure to remove signage from yards and windows to avoid a future violation. Thank you!

Avante/Renaissance Street Sealing

If you live in Avante (lots 1-30 and 36-42) or Renaissance (lots 45-65), please be sure to read the letter that was sent via USPS regarding street sealing that is scheduled for July 13. The letter details the street closures impacting each neighborhood as well as locations for parking. You can also find the letter on our website. If you have any questions, please call 480-563-9708

We understand the street closures may require residents to park quite a distance from home, so golf cart service will be available from 6 a.m.-7 p.m. Please call the Talon gate at 480-502-7685 when you are ready for a ride to or from your vehicle.

Retreat Village Association Email

Retreat Village Association (RVA) residents can now opt in to email or text distribution lists specific to the RVA. This is a great way to stay up to date on the upcoming guardhouse remodel and other important RVA news. Follow the steps below to sign up today! Questions? Transponder Installation (RVA Only)

Installations this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102). For questions, please contact Cierra at 480-563-9708 or caustin@ccmcnet.com.

If you would like to have a transponder installed, please follow the steps below:
1. Complete the online transponder installation form
2. Come to the office during one of the schedule times in the vehicle you are having the transponder installed on
3. Park in front of the office and stay in your car
4. A staff member will come out to install your transponder

We are no longer accepting cash for transponders. Please bring a check or credit card with you when you have a transponder installed.
