Treats and Tie Dye

Head over to 78th Pl. and 78th Way from 4:30-6 p.m. on August 12 to celebrate the new school year with tasty treats and tie dye activities! Kona Ice will be selling treats on site and we’re giving FREE cups to the first 50 kids that register. We will provide the tie dye supplies; you will just need to bring something white to dye (t-shirt, pillowcase, socks, etc.). Register by August 10.

Charcuterie + Wine Pairing Class

Join neighbors at The Craftsman Cocktails + Kitchen on August 18 from 6-7:30 p.m. to learn about creating a mini charcuterie board and some great wines to pair with it. Cost to participate is $50 per person and will include the wine tastings, a mini charcuterie board and a $10 Craftsman Cash Card. Payments will be taken at the event with card or cash. Ladies Bunco

Join us in the Talon Room at 6 p.m. on August 24 for a night of food, drinks and Bunco! Never played before? Don’t worry! We’ll do a quick lesson before we get started. Register and pay $5 exact cash to the office by 5 p.m. on Friday, August 20. Found Dog

The sweet boy pictured was found on Thompson Peak Pkwy. just west of 76th St. early Monday morning. He is not microchipped. If he is yours or you know who he might belong to, please call Peighton at 602-618-5003.

Commercial Vehicle Reminder

As a reminder, commercial vehicles must be stored out of sight in the garage. A commercial vehicle is any vehicle/trailer that has design or lettering which advertises a commercial enterprise and/or trucks having product carrying racks; paint, chemicals and other products visible in the bed, or any other specialized equipment behind the cab area. Magnets with printing can simply be removed from the vehicle to allow driveway parking, provided all other requirements are met.

Retreat Village Association Email

Retreat Village Association (RVA) residents can now opt in to email or text distribution lists specific to the RVA. Transponder Installation (RVA Only)

Installations this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102). For questions, please contact Cierra at 480-563-9708 or caustin@ccmcnet.com.

If you would like to have a transponder installed, please follow the steps below:
1. Complete the online transponder installation form
2. Come to the office during one of the schedule times in the vehicle you are having the transponder installed on
3. Park in front of the office and stay in your car
4. A staff member will come out to install your transponder

We are no longer accepting cash for transponders. Please bring a check or credit card with you when you have a transponder installed.
