Charcuterie + Wine Pairing Class

Join neighbors at The Craftsman Cocktails + Kitchen on August 18 from 6-7:30 p.m. to learn about creating a mini charcuterie board and some great wines to pair with it. Lemonade Day Pop Up

Fall may be approaching, but Arizona it is still HOT, HOT, HOT! Join the Grayhawk staff at the Monterey Park tot lot (73rd Way and Whistling Wind Way) on August 20 from 4-5 for a refreshing cup of lemonade and a cookie. If you notice the staff and signs are gone, then supplies are all gone as well.

Food Truck-Burgers Amore

Leave the cooking to the professionals and pick up dinner for the whole family! Burgers Amore will be at 78th Way and 78th Pl. on August 26 from 5-7 p.m. View their menu today! There will be no parking on the street, please park in the offices at Grayhawk parking lot located at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. and take the sidewalk path to the greenbelt.

Back to School Safety

Paradise Valley School District starts a new school year on August 10 and there will be an increase in both vehicle and pedestrian traffic in Grayhawk as students make their way to the bus stop or school. Please remember to slow down in school zones, yield to children in the crosswalks and do not pass a school bus loading or unloading children. Your cooperation is appreciated!

Parking Reminder

Overnight street parking between 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. is not permitted in Grayhawk. An exception may be granted to the parking rules by contacting the Grayhawk Community Association Office at 480-563-9708. If you are in a condominium, you will need to contact your condominium management company regarding any parking rules or requests.

Loop 101 Construction Update

• The westbound Pima Freeway between Pima and Scottsdale Roads will be closed from 10 p.m. Friday, Aug. 13, to 5 a.m. Monday, Aug. 16.
• The westbound Pima Freeway on-ramps at Raintree Drive, Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard, Pima Road and Hayden Road will be closed from 10 p.m. Friday, Aug. 13, to 5 a.m. Monday, Aug. 16.

Transponder Installation (RVA Only)

Installations this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102). For questions, please contact Cierra at 480-563-9708 or caustin@ccmcnet.com.

If you would like to have a transponder installed, please follow the steps below:
1. Complete the online transponder installation form
2. Come to the office during one of the schedule times in the vehicle you are having the transponder installed on
3. Park in front of the office and stay in your car
4. A staff member will come out to install your transponder

We are no longer accepting cash for transponders. Please bring a check or credit card with you when you have a transponder installed.
