Lemonade Day Pop Up

Fall may be approaching, but Arizona it is still HOT, HOT, HOT! Join the Grayhawk staff at the Monterey Park tot lot (73rd Way and Whistling Wind Way) on August 20 from 4-5 p.m.for a refreshing cup of lemonade and a cookie. If you notice the staff and signs are gone, then supplies are all gone as well.

Food Truck-Burgers Amore

Leave the cooking to the professionals and pick up dinner for the whole family! Burgers Amore will be at 78th Way and 78th Pl. on August 26 from 5-7 p.m. View their menu today! There will be no parking on the street, please park in the offices at Grayhawk parking lot located at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. and take the sidewalk path to the greenbelt.

Brush and Bulk Pickup

Brush and Bulk collection will take place the week of August 23. Items must be placed for pickup by 5 a.m. on August 23. Stack items parallel to the street on your front property line, where your trash collection typically takes place. Bulk waste piles and green waste piles should be placed at least 3 feet from each other. Visit the City of Scottsdale website for more information.

Community Landscaping Update

Although the recent storms created some additional work for the DLC crews, the rains have also given them an opportunity to check erosion mitigation projects throughout the community. Previously, rains flooded various spots in the community with silt/gravel erosion and as seen below, those areas have held up well during recent storms with the installation of rip rap.

Retreat Village Association Email

Retreat Village Association (RVA) residents can now opt in to email or text distribution lists specific to the RVA. This is a great way to stay up to date on the upcoming guardhouse remodel and other important RVA news. Follow the steps below to sign up today! Questions? Transponder Installation (RVA Only)

Installations this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102). For questions, please contact Cierra at 480-563-9708 or caustin@ccmcnet.com.

If you would like to have a transponder installed, please follow the steps below:
1. Complete the online transponder installation form
2. Come to the office during one of the schedule times in the vehicle you are having the transponder installed on
3. Park in front of the office and stay in your car
4. A staff member will come out to install your transponder

We are no longer accepting cash for transponders. Please bring a check or credit card with you when you have a transponder installed.
