Common Area Turf Transition

DLC Resources is scheduled to begin overseeding this week. You may notice that some areas are not being prepared for overseeding. This break gives Bermuda the recovery time to build strength before the next growing season. Turf areas not scheduled for overseeding are being watered in order to maintain healthy Bermuda grass as long as weather allows. You can view the areas not being overseeded on the turf rotation map.

In addition, if you regularly receive estatements and received a paper statement this quarter, you should revert to receiving your statement electronically for the first quarter of 2022. We apologize for any confusion. Please call 480-563-9708 if you have any questions.
