Vandalism in the Community

Over the past week there have been multiple incidents of vandalism to common area property which appear to involve a BB or Airsoft gun. Please talk to your children about the dangers involved with this type of behavior, as well as the cost to the Association in making repairs.

Pinnacle Community Access

The GCA management is aware that some of the clickers for the Pinnacle community are not working. After site visits with both CenturyLink and Park Pro (the gate maintenance company), it was determined that those older clickers simply have outdated technology. Residents with a clicker that is not working can replace it for $35 by contacting Cierra Austin at caustin@ccmcnet.com or 480-563-9708 to schedule an appointment.

Holiday Decorations

Please remember that all holiday decorations/lights should be down by January 30 to avoid possible violation notices. We appreciate your cooperation.
