Short-Term Rentals

New laws for short-term rentals recently went into effect in Scottsdale. The laws include requiring owners to have an emergency contact who is available to respond within and hour in case of a disturbance (Section 18-150). Police are now also able to issue a civil citation for nuisance parties at short-term rentals (Section 18-121).  Visit the City of Scottsdale website for more facts about short-term rentals in your neighborhood.

Pet Reminders

We ask that the owners please take steps to be responsible for your pets. City of Scottsdale and Grayhawk regulations state that dogs must be on a leash when they are in common areas. Regulations also require pet owners to clean up after their pets. Please use the bags provided throughout the community for your convenience, and dispose of them in proper trash receptacles. Neighbors will appreciate your efforts!
