Join Grayhawk Board members, staff and neighbors at the Fairway House on March 22 at 6 p.m. to celebrate the community you live in. Look back on the accomplishments over the past year and forward to exciting upcoming projects. There will be tons of great raffle prizes! Doors will open for light refreshments at 5:30 p.m.

The Grayhawk Community Association will elect three board members to a two-year term at the 2022 Annual Meeting. Below are the three board candidates who have volunteered to serve the Grayhawk community. Click the candidate pictures below to view their candidate video. 

This year we have added the option to vote electronically using a third-party representative. This is a safe and efficient method to increase participation while saving both time and money. Each property in good standing with an email on file will receive an email invitation to vote from the community voting site the week of Feb. 21.  Please be sure to add this email address (grayhawk@ivotehoa.com) to your safe sender list/address book so you can participate in the vote. 

If we do not have your email address on file or you do not receive the email by Feb. 24 (or require a paper ballot), you can still vote online. Please contact the office at 480-563-9708 or visit here and click Contact Us to get your code. 

Voting online is easy and quick! 

1. Receive the email and click the link to go to the voting site (or go to the voting site linked above and enter your code) 
2. Register for the vote by entering your name, email, and creating a password 
3. Make your choices on the ballot and submit 

When your vote is complete, you will receive both an onscreen confirmation and an email that the vote has been recorded. The entire process takes only a few minutes - less time than it did to read these instructions!

If you have Association-related questions you would like us to answer, now is your chance to ask! Submit your questions by Friday, March 18 at 5 p.m. and we may answer it at the 2022 Annual Meeting. Any questions not addressed during the meeting will be answered personally or in an upcoming issue of the Grayhawk Flight.
