Curbside Bicycles Pop Up Shop

FREE Shredding Event

Make plans to stop by the GCA office (7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy.) on March 12 from 9-11 a.m. during our shredding event with Shred-it Document Destruction Services Each registered vehicle will be allowed no more than two bankers box sized boxes. Documents will be shredded on site once the trash receptacle is full and placed inside the truck. You must register to participate as space in the truck is limited.

This is a free service for Grayhawk residents, but we are accepting donations for our non-profit partner, Arizona Helping Hands. Items they are in need of include toothpaste, toothbrushes, baby diapers and baby wipes. Thanks to our sponsor, Cashman Partners- Russ Lyon Sotheby’s group for making this event possible.

Election Reminders

An email was sent to both the GCA and RVA last week with information on the 2022 Annual Meetings being held on March 22, links to the Board candidate videos and information about the upcoming vote for this year's election, which is being managed electronically. If you did not receive the emails for either GCA and the RVA (if you live in the Retreat Village), please contact Jennifer Sheets at jsheets@ccmcnet.com or call the GCA Office at 480-563-9708.

New Resident Account Portal

Visit the new resident account portal and sign in with the username and password found on your most recent account billing statement.

Once logged in, you’ll have access to:
• Your association account balance
• Links for online payments and eStatement sign-up
• Self-service billing address and contact information changes
• And more important community information

Retreat Village Association Email

Retreat Village Association (RVA) residents can now opt in to email or text distribution lists specific to the RVA. This is a great way to stay up to date on the upcoming guardhouse remodel and other important RVA news. Follow the steps below to sign up today! Questions?
