Submit a poem or essay to svanduyne@ccmcnet.com by June 15 about why your dad or father figure is the BEST and win a Dadtastic gift basket that includes a $100 gift card to The Craftsman. Ladies Bunco

Food Truck Night

Pick up dinner for the whole family from Mr. Momo’s food truck on June 16 from 5-7 p.m. on the corner of 78th Pl. and 78th Way. There will be no parking on the street, please park in the Offices at Grayhawk parking lot located at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. and take the sidewalk path to the greenbelt. The Grayhawk Community Association and Retreat Village Associations will hold board meetings at 5:30 p.m. on June 6 in the Talon Room of the GCA Office. Residents are encouraged to attend in person or via Zoom. You can find the agendas here.

Vendor Hours

As a reminder, vendors are normally permitted to work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m.-6 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. (quiet work only).

On holidays, vendors are able to perform quiet work only from 8 a.m.-3 p.m.

Guardhouse Project Update

New Guardhouse Project updates have been posted online! Details can be found on the Guardhouse Project Page of the Grayhawk website.

If you live in the Retreat, please sign up for RVA emails in order to receive project updates. Information on signing up for emails can be found at the bottom of this page.

Peregrine Pool Area Closure

The Peregrine pool will be closed Monday, June 6 through Friday, June 10 for repairs and improvements in the restrooms and ramada. Access to the pool is expected to be restored on Saturday, June 11. Residents wishing to access a different pool can visit the GCA Office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. or Friday from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. to obtain an alternate pool key.

Street Sealing This Week

Street sealing is scheduled this week in the Serenity, Los Vientos and Firenze neighborhoods. The letter detailing dates of street closures impacting each neighborhood as well as alternate locations for parking that was mailed to residents can be found on our website. If you have any questions, please call 480-563-9708.

Transponder Installation

Installations for this week and next will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
