Life's a Beach Wine Tasting

Put on your best beach attire and join us in the Raptor Room on June 23 at 6 p.m. to enjoy a tasting with Quench Fine Wines. Cost to participate is $25 per person and will include the tasting of six wines and a nice spread of appetizers. Space is limited. Register by June 20.

City of Scottsdale Bulk Pickup instructions

Brush and Bulk Pickup

Scottsdale Brush and Bulk collection will take place in Grayhawk the week of June 27. Items must be placed for pickup by 5 a.m. on June 27. Stack items neatly, parallel to the street on your front property line. Bulk waste piles and green waste piles should be placed at least 3 feet from each other. Visit the City of Scottsdale website for more information.

Pet Reminders

We ask that owners please take steps to be responsible for your pets. City of Scottsdale and Grayhawk regulations state that dogs must be on a leash when they are in common areas. Regulations also require pet owners to clean up after their pets. Please use the bags provided throughout the community for your convenience, and dispose of them in proper trash receptacles. Neighbors will appreciate your efforts!

Retreat Village Pool Closures

Peregrine Pool

Delays continue in the work taking place at the Peregrine pool. Access to the pool is now anticipated to be restored on Saturday July 25.

More information about pool closures is detailed in the letters that were mailed to homeowners. Copies of those letters can be found on our website.

Avante/Renaissance Pool
The Renaissance/Avante pool is now open! However, the spa salt cell plumbing failed over the weekend and half of water pumped out of spa. Maintenance has refilled the spa and it is anticipated that it will be open the morning of Tuesday, June 21.

Guardhouse Update

There will be possible main entry gate closures at the Raptor gate next week. Read more at the Guardhouse Project page on the Grayhawk community website, and make sure you follow steps below to sign up for RVA emails and texts in order to stay up-to-date on closures.

Retreat Village Association Email

Retreat Village Association (RVA) residents can now opt in to email or text distribution lists specific to the RVA.
