Important Retreat Gate Update
The City of Scottsdale Water Services Department will need to relocate the water meter and the line at the Raptor gate on Wednesday, June 29. Unfortunately, the line runs under the resident entry lane. This will mean that both the resident and guest lane, as well as the turnaround lane, will be closed from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. Access will be limited to the additional resident entry gates located off of Hayden Rd. as stated below:
All guests and vendors will be diverted to the back gate off of Hayden Rd. where they will be processed through the gate by Garda staff.
Raptor Retreat residents may want to gain access through the Crown Point Norte gate off of Hayden Rd. to avoid any delays.
