Join Pinspiration in the Talon Room from 6-8 p.m. on August 17 make a set of four coasters with alcohol ink. Pinspiration is offering FUN-ctional craft for your home at a discounted rate of $40 per person. Enjoy tasty appetizers, sweets and water while you create. City of Scottsdale Brush and Bulk

Scottsdale Brush and Bulk collection will take place in Grayhawk the week of August 1. Items must be placed for pickup by 5 a.m. on August 1. Stack items neatly, parallel to the street on your front property line. Bulk waste piles and green waste piles should be placed at least 3 feet from each other. Visit the City of Scottsdale website for more information.

Pool Closures

Peregrine Pool

Delays continue in the work taking place at the Peregrine pool. Residents will be notified once the pool is operational. In the meantime, residents wishing to gain access to an alternate pool can visit the Grayhawk office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. during regular business hours for a key.

Volare Pool
Due to recent storms the vendors resealing the deck at Volare are behind schedule. Residents will be notified once the pool is operational. In the meantime, residents wishing to gain access to an alternate pool can visit the Grayhawk office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. during regular business hours for a key.

Guardhouse Update

Construction fencing is now in place at both the Raptor and Talon gates, limiting both driver and pedestrian visibility. Please drive slower than normal and observe signage to preserve everyone’s safety.

Transponder Installation

Installations for this week and next will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
