Head over to the Grayhawk Neighborhood Park at 20726 N. 76th St. from 7:15-9 a.m. on August 12 to celebrate back-to-school. Pinspiration Coaster Craft Night

Join Pinspiration in the Talon Room from 6-8 p.m. on August 17 make a set of four coasters with alcohol ink. Pinspiration is offering FUN-ctional craft for your home at a discounted rate of $40 per person. Enjoy tasty appetizers, sweets and water while you create. Participants are encouraged to bring their favorite beverage to share. Register and pay by August 15. We must have 10 people to hold this class.

GCA and RVA Board Mtgs.

The Grayhawk Community Association will hold a board meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 1 in the Talon Room of the GCA Office, followed immediately by the Retreat Village Association meeting . Due to technical difficulties as the result of recent storms, no virtual meeting option is available for the meetings. We apologize for any inconvenience. You can find the agendas here.

Prior to the regular session board meeting, the Board of Directors will hold and Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. Section 33-1804(A)(3).

Storm Damage

If you see a common area tree with damage following winds or a monsoon, report it by calling the GCA office at 480-563-9708 or by emailing Ashley Scott. Please be patient during monsoon season as both DLC crews and your neighbors do their best to get everything cleaned up as quickly as possible.

Pool Closures

Peregrine Pool

Delays continue in the work taking place at the Peregrine pool. Residents will be notified once the pool is operational. In the meantime, residents wishing to gain access to an alternate pool can visit the Grayhawk office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy., Ste. 102 during regular business hours for a key.

Volare Pool
The Volare pool was opened at the end of last week. Any keys for alternate pools that were checked out during the Volare pool closure should be returned to the GCA Office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy., Ste. 102 during regular business hours.

Guardhouse Update

Transponder Installation

Installations for this week and next will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
