GCA Office Hours

The GCA Office will be closing at 3 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 2 and will be closed on Monday, Sept. 5 in observance of the Labor Day holiday. The office will reopen on Tuesday, Sept. 6 at 8 a.m. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Political Signage

According to the A.R.S. Section 33-1808, community associations cannot prohibit political signage, but signage must adhere to guidelines below:
1. Cannot be placed earlier than seventy-one days before the day of a primary election.
2. Cannot remain later than fifteen days after the day of the general election.
3. For a sign for a candidate in a primary election who does not advance to the general election, the sign cannot remain later than fifteen days after the primary election.
4. The maximum aggregate total dimensions of all political signs on a member's property shall not exceed nine square feet.
