New Resident Orientation

Join us via Zoom from 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Oct. 12 to learn more about the community you live in.  Learn a bit about the Association and enjoy some easy trivia for a chance to win prizes at the end of the orientation! floo-id Yoga in the Park

Join us to relieve stress and enjoy the outdoors as floo-id YOGA hosts FREE Yoga in the Park on Oct. 15 at 9 a.m. at the greenbelt near the GCA Office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. No experience is necessary. Just bring your mat and a can-do attitude.  Register for the class today!

Adopt-A-Road

We are looking for a few good volunteers to aid in our Adopt-A-Road cleanup on Oct. 15. We will meet at the GCA office at 8 a.m. and you can expect to be done by 10 a.m.  We will provide water, gloves, safety vests and trash bags.  This is a great way to complete community service hours,. Volunteers 17 years of age and under must be with a guardian.  Please register if you plan to attend.

APS Power Line Upgrades

APS will be upgrading overhead power lines and related equipment found within Grayhawk. Construction-related activities have begun and will continue through March of 2023. The resident run Mah Jongg group that plays Friday afternoons in the Raptor Room of the GCA Office is currently open to new players. If you are interested in learning more, please reach out to Marian at marian@bucci.com.

Transponder Not Working?

There are multiple reasons a transponder may not be working. If you have a transponder that suddenly stops opening the gates, please call the GCA Office at 480-563-9708 to determine the potential cause. This could save you time as some issues can be corrected over the phone. If you do need a replacement, they are available during the installation times listed below.

Installations for this week and next will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102). For questions, please contact Cierra at 480-563-9708 or caustin@ccmcnet.com.  Please bring a check or credit card with you when you have a transponder installed.
