Curbside Bicycles Pop-Up

Daddy Daughter Dance

Grab your favorite girl and join us at Grayhawk Elementary School from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Feb. 25 for a Night in Hollywood. The party will include food, crafts, a glam station photo booth and a DJ with plenty of dancing! There will also be a ton of fun raffle prizes for both girls and dads. Please bring cash to purchase tickets at the event. Event cost is $30 per couple and $10 for each additional person. Space is limited. Register by Feb. 14. No day of walkups or late registration will be accepted.

Ladies Bunco Night

Join neighbors in the Raptor Room at 6 p.m. on Feb. 14 for a night of food, drinks and Galentine's Bunco! Never played before? Don’t worry! We’ll do a quick lesson before we get started. Just register online and drop $5 exact cash to the office by 5 p.m. on Feb. 10.  Then bring a bottle of wine or an appetizer to share the night of the event. 

Guardhouse Update

It's moving week! Gate staff will begin the transition to the new buildings this week and Cox will be moving the cables and modem to the new building as well. We do not anticipate any interruptions in internet. If any issues are encountered, we will communicate immediately via the Retreat Village email and text alerts.  You can find the most up-to-date information on the Guardhouse Project and sign up for alerts by visiting the Grayhawk website. 

Transponder Installation 

Installations for this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).  For questions, please contact Cierra at 480-563-9708 or caustin@ccmcnet.com.  Please bring a check or credit card with you when you have a transponder installed.
