Talon and Raptor Gate Street Paving
After almost 28 years, it's time to repave the area around the guardhouses. Street paving at the main Talon gate is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 23 and all entry and exit traffic will be prohibited from from 6 a.m. until 10 p.m.
All resident, guest and vendor traffic will be redirected to the Hualapai Rd. gate for entry, where patrol personnel will process them through. We strongly encourage residents to reschedule guests and vendors to avoid significant delays at the gate.
On Friday, Feb. 24 the same process will take place at the Raptor gate, with all guests and vendors being directed to the Hayden Rd. and Grayhawk Dr. gate. Again, we strongly encourage residents to reschedule guests and vendors to avoid significant delays at the gate. In addition, residents are encouraged to use the gate on Hayden Rd. and 79th Way to access the community.
