Grayhawk Garage Sale

Grab old treasures and join us for the community garage sale on March 18 from 7-11:30 a.m. Park residents will be marked on the community map for $5 and Retreat Village/condo residents can rent a table and a space at the GCA Office parking lot for $10. A Goodwill donation truck will be in the GCA Office parking lot from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. to collect any unsold items. Register by March 15. We will not be accepting registrations past this date.

Concert in the Park

Join us on March 26 from 3-5 p.m. in the Grayhawk Greenbelt for live music from Switchback, coming all the way from Chicago. Their music features "American roots with Celtic soul", with lots of energy! Poor Sam's Italian Beef food truck will be on site with great food available for purchase. Bring blankets and chairs to enjoy the food, live music and great weather! Cost is $2 per person. Registration required by March 23.

Annual Meeting Recap

Congratulations to newly elected Grayhawk Community Association Board of Directors representatives Paul Alessio, Derek Moore, Don Morse and Arlene Smith. Each will serve a two-year term. In addition, congratulations to Retreat Village Association Board of Directors representatives Michael Loya, Don Morse and John Williams, who will also serve a two-year term. Thanks to each of the candidates for their willingness to serve the community. It is much appreciated!

Help Keep Grayhawk Safe

Vehicles and homes left unlocked create opportunity for thieves. Remember to move any valuables out of your car and make sure to keep the doors of your vehicle and home locked. If you do observe people in the area lifting door handles or looking into car windows, immediately report those persons to the police. If it doesn't look right, it probably isn't.

Transponder Installation

Installations for this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
