Lou Malnati's Pizza By Me Class

Head to Lou Malnati's on June 20 at 5:30 p.m. to learn the art of deep dish. After watching your own pizza creation go into the oven, you'll enjoy salad, appetizers and bottomless house beer, wine and soft drinks, followed by a chocolate chip cookie pizza desert. Cost is $70 per person paid the night of the event. Register by June 12. BONUS –Register by June 1 and take a frozen pizza home with you!

Ladies Bunco Night

Join neighbors in the Raptor Room at 6 p.m. on June 27 for a night of food, drinks and Bunco! Never played before? Don’t worry! We’ll do a quick lesson before we get started. GCA Office Hours

The GCA Office will be closing at 3 p.m. on Friday, May 26 and will be closed on Monday, May 29 in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. The office will reopen on Tuesday, May 30 at 8 a.m. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Home Modifications

When making any changes to your home that are visible from the street or neighboring property, please ensure that modifications are approved by the Architectural Review Committee. You can find more about the submittal process and guidelines for modifications on our website. If you are unsure if your project needs approval or if you have questions about a submittal, please contact Ashley Scott.

Got Snakes?

Some Garda staff members have been trained in snake removal. If you encounter a snake on your property, you can call 480-502-7685 or 480-502-5078 and request an aid in removal. Remember that this is a courtesy service and can only be performed when time permits. Snakes will only be removed when the resident that called in has been able to monitor the snake and it remains visible (not in bushes, etc.).

Retreat Village Association Email
