Food Truck Night: Queso Good

Take a break before back-to-school and leave the cooking to the professionals! Head over to the corner of 78^th Way and 78^th Place from 4:30-6:30 p.m. on July 28 and grab a quesadilla from Queso Good Food Truck, featured on Travel Channel’s Food Paradise. From the Hail Caesar Chicken to the Cubano Melt, they’ve got a quesadilla for everyone! Check out their menu and register today for the preorder link, which goes live 48-hours in advance. 

Color Wars Party Bingo

Pick your favorite color and come dressed to impress. Feather boas, silly socks, hats and giant sunglasses are all encouraged. We’ll provide music, snacks and prizes for Best Dressed and Bingos!  Coolers are welcome. $15 per person. All ages welcome. Last Round of Bingo will be called at 7:50pm. Register by July 21.

Backpack Drive

Our friends at Arizona Helping Hands need our help with their back-to-school drive, and we want to give BIG. AZHH fills and donate over 7,000 backpacks to help provide kids in foster care supplies are essential for their academic success, and we are hoping Grayhawk residents will donate at least 100 backpacks to help them reach their goal.

New backpacks can be dropped off at the GCA office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy., Ste. 102 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Alternately, you can shop from the comfort of your home on our Amazon Wish List dedicated to AZHH. Donations should be made by no later than August 21, but the sooner we receive them, the sooner we can help put them on the back of a child in foster care!

Installations for this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
