Street Project on Grayhawk Dr.
The first stage of the Grayhawk Dr. street project is complete! Over the past two days, crews have been raising utilities and preparing to start work on the east side of Grayhawk Dr. Roads will be open to normal traffic beginning in the late afternoon on Friday, Oct. 6 and through the weekend.
As a reminder, beginning at midnight on Oct. 9 and through Oct. 20:
- All Raptor Retreat traffic will enter through the main gate at Thompson Peak Pkwy. and exit onto Hayden Rd. Please note that:
- Avian residents can enter through the gate on Thompson Peak Pkwy. This gate requires a transponder and is for residents only.
- All Talon Retreat traffic (residents, guests and vendors) will be processed through the Hualapai Dr. gate by Garda staff and exit onto Thompson Peak Pkwy.
It is the responsibility of residents to notify contractors and guests of this project and the appropriate access points to minimize delay. Please also ensure that guests and vendors are added to your guest list using the ABDI Gate Access app or gateaccess.net. If you do not know your login information, you can request it here.
All neighborhood entrances off of Grayhawk Dr. will remain open during this project. More information and a map detailing traffic flow can be found in the letter that was mailed to homeowners.
