Pi Day Pie Social

Join the pie-ty in the Raptor Room anytime between 1 and 3 p.m. on March 14. Enjoy a variety of pies, coffee, tea and chatting with your Grayhawk neighbors! This is a casual way to socialize and make new friends. Registration is required by Friday, March 8.

Charcuterie Class

Join neighbors at 6 p.m. on March 27 for a hands-on class with Charcuterie Crossing. Cost is $40 per person which includes supplies to create a board to take home. Snacks and beverages will be provided thanks to Kelley Carter, Realtor with KELLEYSFINEHOMES@ My Home Group. Register by March 20.

Grab baskets and join us on March 30 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. (check-in begins at 9:30 a.m.) for the Annual Grayhawk Easter Egg Hunt. Kids will enjoy an egg hunt, photos with the Easter Bunny, bounce houses, face painting, balloon twisting, crafts, treats and much more! Registration and payment are required online by March 25. Cost to participate is $10 per child and free for adults. Late registration will be accepted between March 25 and March 27 at a price of $20 per child. Annual Meeting

An email will be sent to homeowners this week from grayhawk@ivotehoa.com (GCA) and retreatvillage@ivotehoa.com (RVA) with a ballot for the Annual Meetings, being held on March 19. The election is being managed electronically. If you don't receive the emails for the GCA and the RVA (if you live in the Retreat), please call the GCA Office at 480-563-9708.

It's Weed Season

As a reminder, property inspections take place each week. Now is a good time to focus some energy on cleaning up your landscaping, including removing those pesky weeds. Once weeds have dropped seeds and re-propagated, they can begin to spread and grow quickly. Make sure to catch them early and save yourself some time! Thank you for keeping your property weed-free and looking great.

Proposed Coyotes Facility

News is circulating regarding potential relocation of the Coyotes arena. One area of interest is the state land at the northwest corner of Loop 101 and Scottsdale Rd. in Phoenix. The State Land Department requires an appraisal before bidding begins, which has not been filed. Given the 12-month timeframe set by the department, public auction could still be multiple months away.

Installations for this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
