Grayhawk Dr. Street Project
The Retreat Village Association (RVA) Board of Directors approved a major street reconstruction project for Grayhawk Dr. throughout the Retreat that took place from September 25 through October 20, 2023. The project was not completed to the standards set by the RVA Board of Directors. Some additional work will need to be completed in order for the finished project to meet the expectations of the Board. This will be completed in various steps, beginning with diamond grinding.
From April 2-April 15 diamond grinding will take place in both directions along Grayhawk Dr. A few things to know:
- This is like mild sanding to increase rideability and comfort for drivers.
- There will be no closures during diamond grinding.
- In areas where there is an extended median (predominately in the Raptor Retreat), there will be flaggers and some delays should be expected.
- Please inform your guests and vendors of possible delays.
