Street Project on Grayhawk Dr.
As a reminder, the Retreat Village Association is proceeding with ongoing pavement maintenance for 2024.
Street sealing will occur May 7-May 10. Traffic restrictions and detours will be in place during this project. All residents, guests and vendors will need to use alternate entrances/exits. A map can be viewed here, and additional information can be found below.
Talon Retreat
- All traffic will enter through the Thompson Peak Parkway entrance and exit onto Hualapai Drive from 5am May 7 – 5am May 9.
- All traffic will enter through Hualapai Drive and exit onto Thompson Peak Parkway 5am May 9 – 5am May 11.
- All neighborhood entrances off of Grayhawk Drive will remain open during the project.
Raptor Retreat
- All traffic will enter through the Hayden Road and Grayhawk Drive entrance and exit onto Thompson Peak Parkway 5am May 7 – 5am May 9.
- All traffic will enter through Thompson Peak Parkway and exit onto Hayden Road 5am May 9 – 5am May 11.
- All neighborhood entrances off of Grayhawk Drive will remain open during the project.
Community patrol will continue to process all resident, guest and vendor traffic during the application of emulsified seal coat . We strongly encourage residents to update their guest lists on gateaccess.net or through the ABDI Gate Access app and limit and/or reschedule non-essential vendors and guests to avoid significant delays at the gates.
It is the responsibility of residents to notify contractors and guests of this project and the appropriate access points to minimize delay.
