Phoenix Art Museum Presents

Chinese and Japanese art had significant influence on Western art for centuries. What kind of influence did they have? Join the conversation as docent Hiromi Yampol explores the role of artist and their surrounding environment in making East-West connections. Register by Friday, June 7.

Political Signage

The state of Arizona regulates how homeowners' associations handle political signage.
Political signs must not be displayed more than 71 days prior to the primary election and more than 15 days after the general election. Signage for any primary candidate that does not advance to the general election must be removed within 15 days of the primary election. The signage must be kept on the owner’s property and the maximum aggregate total dimensions of all political signs on any owner’s property shall not exceed nine square feet. Home Modifications

When making any changes to your home that are visible from the street or neighboring property, please ensure modifications are approved by the Architectural Review Committee. You can find more about the submittal process and guidelines for modifications on our website. If you are unsure if your project needs approval or if you have questions about a submittal, contact Ashley Scott.
