Lou Malnati's Pizza by Me Class

This popular event is back on June 6 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Create your own deep dish pizza and get an exclusive look behind the scenes in the kitchen. Guests will also enjoy salad, bruschetta and calamari as well as bottomless beer, wine and soft drinks. Finish the night with a  cookie pizza desert. Cost to participate is $60 per person.  Space is limited. Register today!

Political Signage

The state of Arizona regulates how homeowners' associations handle political signage. 
Political signs must not be displayed more than 71 days prior to the primary election and more than 15 days after the general election. Signage for any primary candidate that does not advance to the general election must be removed within 15 days of the primary election. The signage must be kept on the owner’s property and the maximum aggregate total dimensions of all political signs on any owner’s property shall not exceed nine square feet. When making any changes to your home that are visible from the street or neighboring property, please ensure modifications are approved by the Architectural Review Committee. You can find more about the submittal process and guidelines for modifications on our website. If you are unsure if your project needs approval or if you have questions about a submittal, contact Ashley Scott.

Installations for this week will occur on Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
