Happy Hour

Join fellow residents at Thompson105 on July 11 from 4:30-6 p.m. to beat the heat and enjoy happy hour pricing and the McDowell Mountains providing the perfect backdrop. This is a great way to meet your neighbors! Register by no later than July 9.

Virtual Hawaiian Luau Bingo

Hop on Zoom from wherever you are to play an interactive game of Bingo from the comfort of your own home on July 22 from 6-7 p.m. There will be five games in total and great prizes for the winners. We will also award a $25 gift card to the best dressed. Register by July 21.

Assessment Reminder

As a reminder, your GCA and RVA second quarter assessments are due July 1 and will be considered late after July 30. Visit the HOA Dues of our website to review your payment options. Payments can also be dropped off at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. M-F from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or in the mail slot in the door after hours.

Loop 101 Construction Update

The northbound Loop 101 on-ramp at Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard will be closed beginning Monday, July 8 for approximately 60 days as part of the current Loop 101 widening project. For more information on the Loop 101 Improvements visit the project website.

Graduation Signage

Any signage placed in front of your home honoring a 2024 graduating senior should have been removed by May 30. If you have not already done so, please make sure to remove signage from yards and windows to avoid a future violation. Thank you!

Transponder Installation

Installations for this week will occur on Monday from 9-9, Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
