Safety In Your Community

GCA staff members continue to receive reports of disturbances in the community involving youth on motorized vehicles and electric bikes. Youth involved in these incidents have shown disregard for community and private property and have reportedly been aggressive toward concerned homeowners. The Scottsdale Police Department has been alerted to the issue.

To keep your community safe and prevent unwanted charges for damage, please talk to your children about respecting property and neighbors. You can learn more about community guidelines by reading the Wheeled Recreational Vehicle Policy.
