Monterey Retreat Pool Closure

The Monterey pool area will be closed from Monday, Aug. 26 through Sunday, Sept. 1 for deck sealing. The pool area will reopen on Monday, Sept. 2. An alternate pool area will be provided for use during this time, if requested. Please contact the GCA office at 480-563-9708 for more information.  

Talon Back Entry Speed Bumps

With continued efforts to deter tailgating at our unmanned Retreat Village resident gates, temporary speed bumps have been installed at the back Talon resident entrance off of Grayhawk Dr. and Hualapai Rd. Please use caution, especially if you drive a low-profile vehicle. Contact the GCA Office at 480-563-9708 with any questions. 

Grayhawk Dr. Repair Complete

The manhole collar repair on Grayhawk Dr. in the Talon Retreat is complete.  Thank you for your patience as this work was done.
