GCA and RVA Board Meetings

The Grayhawk Community Association and Retreat Village Associations will hold meetings at 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 9. Agendas will be linked in The Buzz on Dec. 8.

Santa Party

Grab a pair of PJs and join us for an evening of holiday cheer on Dec. 15 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. The event will include Santa, crafts, gifts, breakfast for dinner and more. Cost is $30 for adults, $20 for kids if registration is received by Dec. 8. Registration after Dec. 8 is $60 for adults and $40 for kids. The last day to register is Dec. 11. Space is limited. Hanukkah Party

Residents are invited to enjoy a pre-Hanukkah celebration at the GCA office from 6-8 p.m. on Dec. 19.  Enjoy a light meal from JJ’s Deli, drinks and fun activities for the kids. Cost to participate is $5 for kids 3 and up and $10 per adult. Register by Dec. 12. Thanks to David Van Omen and Andrew Bloom with Keller Williams Northeast Realty for sponsoring this event.

GCA Office Hours

The GCA Office will close at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 5 in order for staff to attend a company-wide function. The office will reopen at 8 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 6. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

ARC Reminder: Windows

Modifications to your home that are visible from the street or neighboring property should be approved by the Architectural Review Committee, including windows. If you are planning to submit an application for windows, please take a moment to review the guidelines.  If you have questions about a submittal, contact Ashley Scott.

2025 Assessment Information

Information regarding the 2025 assessment rates was mailed to homeowners and can also be found here. 
 
If you set up a recurring payment through AAB, your payment amount should automatically update for 2025. Please check on the date of your scheduled payment in January to ensure the correct amount was withdrawn. 

If you set up recurring payment through your own banking institution, please remember that the payment amount will need to be updated with the correct assessment rate for 2025 prior to your January payment.

Transponder Installation

Installations for this week will occur on Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
