Crown Point Pool Update

The Crown Point pool heater is not working properly and the maintenance team is working with a vendor to have necessary repairs completed. A key for an alternate pool can be obtained by visiting the GCA office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy., Ste. 102 during regular business hours. The spa heater is working properly and both the spa and pool are open for use.

Speed Bumps

Temporary speed bumps are going to be placed at the back Raptor gate to mitigate tailgating through the entry gate. Please watch your speed and use caution as you approach the gate. If you have any questions, please reach out to Stacey Harvey at sharvey@ccmcnet.com.

Common Area Wall Painting

Common area wall painting in the Talon Retreat is nearly complete as painters are currently working to finish painting the Talon Point and Monterey neighborhood walls.

ABDI Gate Access Notifications

Many cell phone providers are no longer utilizing the email-to-text system that allows you to receive text notifications when guests arrive. You can still be notified via email or push notifications through the Gate Access app. Instructions to set up notifications an be found on our website.
