Back-to-School Drive for The Foster Alliance

Hey, Grayhawk neighbors! It's time to help our friends at The Foster Alliance collect items to help Arizona youth in foster care have a great experience going back to the classroom. Any of the items listed below can be dropped off at the GCA Office from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday. You can also shop our Amazon Wishlist (please note the new link) and have items mailed directly to the office! Old School Ice Cream Bus

Celebrate the end of summer and start of the school year with a treat from the Old School Ice Cream Bus on Aug. 8 from 5:30-7 p.m. on the corner of 78th Way and 78th Pl. Park at the Offices at Grayhawk at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. We will be giving out FREE treats to the first 50 people to show up!

Christmas Summer Virtual Bingo

Join us on Thursday, August 14 from 6 to 7 p.m. for virtual Bingo via Zoom. You will have chances to win prizes like a $10-$100 Amazon gift cards. We will email you the link to print off your own cards at home once registration has closed. This is truly fun for people of all ages! Register by Tuesday, August 12.

Paint Your Partner

Join us for a fun and creative "Paint Your Partner" event on Thursday, August 21 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the GCA Office Talon Room. Grab your partner, best friend, family member or anyone else and get ready to unleash your artistic side as you paint each other’s portraits. Bring your favorite drink to enjoy and we will have some snacks.! Cost is $20. Register by Tuesday, August 19.

Assessment Reminder

As a reminder, your GCA and RVA second quarter assessments are due July 1 and will be considered late if they have not cleared by July 30. Visit the HOA Dues on our website to review your payment options. Payments can also be dropped off at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. M-F from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or in the mail slot in the door after hours.

Transponder Installation

Installations for this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
