Talon Gate Reader Update

The entry gate reader at Talon is currently malfunctioning and was sent to the manufacturer for repair. A temporary reader has been installed to ensure continued access without any restrictions. We will provide updates on the repair.

Parking Safety Reminders

Please help keep our community safe and walkable by following these simple parking rules:

Sidewalk Parking Prohibited: Sidewalks must remain clear for pedestrians, strollers and wheelchairs.
Park in Direction of Traffic: For safety and visibility, vehicles must be parked with the right-hand wheels within 18 inches of the curb, facing the direction of traffic per Arizona law (ARS 28-874).

Don't forget to remind your guests and service vendors to follow these rules. Let’s all do our part to keep our neighborhood safe and accessible!

ABDI Gate Access Notifications

Many cell phone providers are no longer using the email-to-text system for text notifications when guests arrive. You can still be notified via email or push notifications through the Gate Access app.

Simply follow these instructions to set up notifications.

Transponder Installation

Need a transponder? Stop by our GCA Office located at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. Suite 210 to have one installed. Please bring a check or credit card for payment.

Installations occur on the following days and times:

Monday: 8 to 9 a.m.
Tuesday: 2 to 3 p.m.
Wednesday: 9 to 10 a.m.
Thursday: 12 to 1 p.m.
Friday: 8 to 9 a.m.
